Sustainable Development Technology Canada invests $3 million in enim
The Government of Canada supports enim, a clean technology company developing solutions in response to climate change and waste management challenges.
This investment will support a growing Canadian clean technology company and help Canada reduce industrial waste and achieve crucial climate goals.
The Member of Parliament for Honoré-Mercier, Minister of Canadian Heritage, and Quebec Lieutenant, the Honorable Pablo Rodriguez, highlighted today a $3 million grant to ‘enim’ from Montreal, Quebec, through Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). This support is part of a $68.2 million investment in 17 Canadian clean technology companies announced earlier this month by the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry, the Honorable François-Philippe Champagne.
This innovative clean technology company will build and operate a pilot facility for the hydrometallurgical extraction of metals embedded in printed circuit boards to reduce electronic waste and recycle its components.
