Pioneering the sustainable recovery of critical, strategic and precious minerals

At enim, we reinvent the valorization cycle of obsolete electronic equipment by maximizing the harvest of metals within them. In doing so, we contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of human activity. We are the valorizators of a brighter future.
Our Executive Team
As the President and CEO of enim, he provides leadership and direction. He has held executive positions at Kraft Foods and Pratt & Whitney, as well as senior management positions at Bombardier Hydro-Québec, where he was responsaible for developing a vision and strategy for commercializong innovative technologies to build Quebec's energy future. At the helm of enim, he aims to contribute to the development of a greener and more environmentally- friendly economy, enabling future generations to meet their needs while minimizing their environmental footprint sustainably.
LinkedinHe oversees enim's development activities, as well as public and legal affairs. Gabriel is a trilingual executive and lawyer. He previously held innovation and development positions at Hydro-Québec and Bombardier. Gabriel is also involved in the world of tennis as Chairman of the Board of Tennis Montréal and as a host during the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. At enim, he intends to actively contribute to optimizing the electronics value chain by building new partnerships based on the common good.

She began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Egon Zehnder International before holding high-level strategic and operational roles at Bombardier and CAE. Subsequently, she focused her energy on the sustainable development of emerging countries and companies. For over a decade, she has supported sustainability and youth employability in Africa. At enim, she aspires to make sustainable solutions accessible in developed and emerging countries to stimulate the local and circular economy.
LinkedinOptimizes enim's financial performance, growth potential and ESG business model. A chartered accountant (CPA), he began his career with PWC in Quebec City and Toronto. With a wide range of experience, he has held the position of CEO in a medical technology company and managed the financial activities of companies specializing in automotive technologies, biopharmaceuticals and technology services. At enim, he aims to ensure the company's long-term viability and promotes healthy growth through strategic financing activities that enable the solution to be commercialized internationally.

With over 30 years of experience in project management, engineering, and operations, Christian has held leadership roles in high-growth companies in the pharmaceutical, naval, and nuclear sectors. He has also served as a board member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. At enim, Christian is committed to promoting operational excellence and project management by delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit both Quebec and the global community.
LinkedinLeads business development and partnerships at enim. An engineer with a PhD and an EMBA, Jean-Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in electronic materials. He has held technical, operational, and commercial positions, notably in a specialized semiconductor company. As President of the MCS Scientific Network, he also led global sales in the renewable energy, defense, space, and medical imaging sectors. At enim, he aims to establish long-term commercial relationships for the procurement of materials and the sale of green products.

With a bachelor's and a doctorate in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in advanced technologies. An expert in the revalorization of industrial mining and plastic waste, he has held technical and management positions, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the fine chemicals sector. Passionate about the environment, Jonathan joined enim to promote eco-friendly solutions that have a positive impact on the planet.

Our Demonstration Plant
Located in Thetford Mines, Quebec, our demonstration plant has an operational capacity to process 200 MT/year of Printed Circuit Boards. It marks a critical milestone in advancing our solution toward commercialization.
